Chancel Choir
Chancel Choir is a group made up of adults that include those young adults that are in high school. We enjoy singing many types of music such as traditional, gospel, classical, and contemporary. We perform one cantata a year around Christmas as well as play a part in Holy Week as well. Rehearsals are on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays at 8:30 am plus one Wednesday a month. We normally sing on those Sundays as well. We sing September through May of each year. We invite anyone interested in joining this fun, musical, and fellowship packed ministry to check out a rehearsal. Praise Team
Praise Team is made up of high school through adult singers and instrumentalists. They sing one Sunday per month, generally on the last Sunday. They also lead the contemporary "Filling Station" service on the first and third Wednesday of the month September through May. They perform a variety of contemporary Christian music. Amy Champagne and Gretchen Stanley co-direct this group.

Wesley Ringers
The Wesley Ringers (Handbell Choir at First United Methodist Church) meets on Wednesdays in the upstairs bell room from 6:00-6:50pm. They perform once a month at the church service and are looking for more members to participate! Contact the church office if you are interested in joining the group!

King’s Kids
The "King's Kids" choir is for children from Kindergarten-4th grade. They practice every Wednesday from 5:30-6:00 and sing once a month in Sunday worship. The songs are fun, rehearsals are lively, and lots of music games are played. Along with the "Joyful Noise" choir, they enjoy sharing stories from the Bible through learning and performing a musical each spring. All K-4th grade children are welcome at any time during the school year!

Joyful Noise
The "Joyful Noise" Choir includes youth from 5th-8th grade. They practice every Wednesday from 4:45-5:30 pm and also sing once a month in Sunday worship. The music they sing is mostly contemporary praise music or modern hymns. Along with the King's Kids choir, the group enjoys sharing stories from the Bible through learning and performing a musical in the spring. All 5th-8th grade youth are welcome at any time during the school year!
